The percentage of GDS on strike is increasing day by day and the All India percentage of participation is 96% as on today.

In the above background it is the responsibility of one and all to make the protest march to Communication Minister's Office, New Delhi a thundering success.

GDS – COMMITTEE REPORT INFORMATION REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION.

Today on Dt 9/04/2018, Com. R.N Parashar S/G NFPE & G/S - PIII  and Com. Giriraj Singh, President, NFPE & G/S R-III, met the officers in Directorate.
As per information received from Directorate the work of approval of GDS committee Report by the Government  of India is in final stage and the orders for implementation of GDS-Committee Report are expected to be issued by the end of this month i.e. April 2018.

THE MEMBERS OF AIPEU GDS WILL CONTINUE AS THE MEMBERS OF AIPEU GDS ONLY

Dear Comrades,

THE MEMBERS OF AIPEU-GDS IN THE DIVISIONS OF ALL CIRCLES NEED NOT SIGN ON ANY DECLARATION TO ANY OF THE OTHER GDS UNIONS DURING THIS APRIL.

TAKE A FIRM DECISION TO CONTINUE OUR MEMBERSHIP IN AIPEU GDS UNDER THE BANNER OF NFPE.

AIPEU-GDS IS AN ORGANISATION BORN WITH THE IDEALS OF TRADE UNION DEMOCRACY AND UNITY & UNITED STRUGGLE FOR THE EMANCIPATION OF GDS.

The AIPEU-GDS constantly fighting unitedly for the cause of GDS along with NFPE & affiliated Unions and certain times with Postal JCA for the last 6 years.

With utmost patience, our union is waiting for membership verification from 2012. Continuous struggles succeeded to commence the process for verification of membership during March 2016.

Many & more hurdles had been created to drag the process for 18 months (from March 2016 to September 2017).  Everybody knows that the collection of membership from the GDS residing nook and corners of this country. Our well wishers & active comrades successfully completed that laborious task and submitted declarations collected from GDS members by 30th Sept. 2017. As per the guidelines  recovery of subscription has also been initiated in most of the divisions.

As per the preliminary reports received from the circles/divisions, AIPEU-GDS got the required percentage of membership to get the recognition during this membership verification process 2017.

It is well known to all the concerned, caused to stop the verification process intermittently with out assigning any significant reason or proper instructions to any of the participant GDS unions.

This is not the first time for ours to experience such a bitter situation on certain occasions. The recognition period lasts by 14-04-2016 for the previous participant Unions during 2010. This is an apprehensive situation on the part of Govt & Dept. regarding AIPEU GDS.

Other ambiguous guidelines forwarded to the field units to create confusion among the membership of AIPEU GDS during this month regarding recovery of subscription.

Now, other GDS unions taking advantage of the situation and trying to disturb the members of AIPEU GDS in the divisions by adopting malpractice and provocation.

We are confident & prepared to face any kind of circumstances and ahead with continuous struggles with determination for achieving the demands of GDS.

Let us prove the legacy of NFPE will continue ever.
